PRINCIPLES AND TECHNIQUES FOR SHAPING SOCIAL AND BUSINESS SUBCENTERS IN LARGE AND LARGEST CITIES


Based on the results of the studies carried out by the author previously, the articles proposes some principles and techniques for successive and controlled formation of social and business subcenters (SBS) in large and largest cities such as: a principle of sustainable poly-centralization of cities, a principle of architectural and planning similarity of SBS to city centre, a principle of sustainable formation of SBS.
