THE PARADIGMS OF COMPOSITION ART-BASED DEVELOPMENT OF CONTEMPORARY HIGH-RISE ARCHITECTURE


The article outlines some of the topical aspects of composition art-based development of modern-day tall buildings. Five basic paradigms/concepts of morphological form generation in high-rise architecture are shown in various regions of the world. The most important principles underlying the arrangement of each group of tall buildings within each paradigm are described. Examples of tall buildings from each of the paradigms are given. The basic stylistic directions in modern-day architecture included into each of the paradigms are shown.
