THE ROLE OF MODERN-DAY MULTIPURPOSE SPORTS FACILITIES IN THE FABRIC OF LARGE INDUSTRIAL CITIES


The article describes the role of modern-day multipurpose sports facilities (MSF) in the fabric of a large industrial city. The following types of MSFs are analysed by town-planning attributes: centrally located, corporate MSF, free. The importance of MSF is determined for the formation of multifunctional public centers.
